** 3 GRILLING RECIPES FOR YOU **
Grilled Honey-Glazed Club Sirloin Steak
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 14 Minutes
Ready In: 24 Minutes
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 Club Sirloin steaks, cut 1-inch thick
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
1/2 cup pure honey
3 tbsp. coarse-grain Dijon mustard
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions:
1. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
2. In a glass mixing bowl, combine and stir in the honey,
mustard, vinegar and pepper. Set aside.
3. Mix salt and cracked pepper and press into both sides of
Club Sirloin steaks.
4. Place Club Sirloin steaks on grid over heat. Cook covered
5-7 minutes per side.
NOTE: It's best to turn steaks with tongs to retain juiciness.
During last 5 minutes of grilling, brush glaze over top and sides
of Club Sirloin steaks. Remove Club Sirloin steaks when an internal
temperature has reached 140ºF for medium-rare or 145ºF
for medium doneness.

Grilled Garlic And Honey Pork Chops
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: about 14 Minutes
Ready in: about 2 Hours and 20 Minutes WITH marinating time
Makes 6
Ingredients:
6 boneless center cut pork chops
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Slash fatty edge of each chop in about three places without
cutting into the meat (This will prevent the meat from curling
during cooking.)
2. In a plastic, resealable bag, place the pork chops; then
add the lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, dry sherry, garlic and
parsley. Seal the bag and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
3. Pre-heat the grill to high heat.
4. Pour the marinade into a small saucepan and boil 1 minute.
Keep warm.
5. Reduce the grill temperature to medium; then place each
pork chop on the grill grid; close the cover and grill about
7 to 8 minutes per side or until internal pork temperature reaches
160 degrees F (70 degrees C), basting each side with the marinade
while grilling.

Grilled Seasoned Boneless Chicken Breasts
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: about 15 Minutes
Ready In: about 20 Minutes
Makes about 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
Basting mixture:
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash ground pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon parsley
Directions:
1. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients (except
chicken breast).
3. Place the chicken on the grill-grid and cook - turning
occasionally and basting with mixture for 15 minutes or until
meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F. Note:
Do not baste during the last 5 minutes of grilling.

** GRILLING TIP **
Preventing Meat From Sticking To The Grill . . .
TIP: To prevent meat from sticking to the grid, pre-heat the
cooking surface with the grill cover/hood down for 15 minutes.
Place the meat product on the grid and allow it to remain there
for at least half of the suggested grilling time.
TIP: It is unnecessary to keep flipping meat products. Allow
them to sear and seal in their juices, then halfway through the
cooking period, with a spatula, flip the meat product onto its
other side. When grilling chicken, always place the meat side
on the grill first.
TIP: A light coating of oil applied to the meat products prior
to grilling will also help.
NOTE: NEVER, NEVER LET YOUR CHILDREN COOK OR GRILL UNSUPERVISED!
