** 3 "GREAT STEAK" RECIPES FOR YOU **
South-of-the-Border Delmonico Steaks
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 11 to 14 Minutes
Ready In: about 45 Minutes WITH Marinating time
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 boneless Delmonico steaks, cut 1 inch thick
Marinade:
2/3 cup thick and chunky medium salsa
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
1. In small mixing bowl, combine thoroughly all the marinade
ingredients.
2. Place Delmonico steaks in resealable plastic bag; add the
marinade, turning to coat. Close the bag securely and marinate
in the refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.
3. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
4. Remove the Delmonico steaks from the marinade; discarding
the marinade.
5. Place the Delmonico steaks the grill grids and grill uncovered
for 11 to 14 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning
occasionally.

Grilled Thyme-Rosemary Club Sirloin Steaks
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 11 to 14 Minutes
Ready In: about 20 Minutes
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 boneless Club Sirloin steaks, cut 1 inch thick
Seasonings:
3 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon rosemary
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon freshly grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons coarse grind black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
2. In small mixing bowl, combine thoroughly all the seasoning
ingredients.
3. Press evenly the seasoning mixture into all sides of the
steaks.
4. Place the Club Sirloin steaks the grill grids and grill
uncovered for 11 to 14 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness,
turning occasionally.

Grilled Honey-Mustard Glazed Rib Eye (Delmonico) Steaks
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 11 to 14 Minutes
Ready In: about 20 Minutes
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 boneless Rib Eye (Delmonico) steaks, cut 1 inch thick
Glaze:
1/3 cup coarse-grain Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon rosemary
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon coarse grind black pepper
Directions:
1. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
2. In small mixing bowl, combine thoroughly all the glaze
ingredients.
3. Place the Rib Eye steaks the grill grids and grill uncovered
for 11 to 14 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning
occasionally and brushing with glaze.

Barefoot Syrah is a full bodied, deep purple wine with lavender
aromas and robust flavors of blackberry jam. Hints of mocha and
toasty vanilla complete the velvety, smooth finish.
California Merlot
Barefoot Merlot is a luscious wine with alluring flavors of boysenberry
and chocolate. Hints of anise and subtle tannins complement the
decadent, silky finish.
California Zinfandel
Barefoot Zinfandel is an immense wine with inviting flavors of
ripe cherry and wild raspberry. Aromas of vanilla and spice complement

California Chardonnay
