** 3 RECIPES FOR YOU **

Grilled Oriental Rib Eye Steaks
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 1 Hour
Cook Time: 6 to 8 Minutes
Ready in: 16 to 18 Minutes (excluding marinating time)
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
4 beef rib eye steaks about 3/4 inch thick
Marinade:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sweet and tangy steak sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Directions:
1. Combine marinade ingredients in small bowl. Place rib eye steaks and the marinade in resealable plastic bag; turn steaks to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.

2. Preheat grill to medium heat.

3. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade and place rib eye steaks on grill grid over medium.

4. Grill, uncovered, 6 to 8 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.

Breaded Center Cut Pork Chops

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 8 Minutes
Ready in: 23 Minutes
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
4 boneless center cut pork chops about 3/4 inch thick
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 to 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
1. In small bowl, combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper.

2. In another small bowl, combine egg and Worcestershire sauce.

3. Coat center cut pork chops with seasoned flour; dip in egg mixture, and coat with crumbs.

4. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown chops on one side until golden brown (about 4 minutes); turn and continue cooking for another 4 minutes.

Grilled Spicy-Hot Boneless Chicken Breasts

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Marinating Time: 1 Hour
Cook Time: 12 to 16 Minutes
Ready in: 27 to 31 Minutes (excluding marinating time)
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 lbs. boneless and skinless chicken breasts
Lemon wedges (optional)
Marinade:
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
1. Place chicken breasts in shallow dish.

2. In small bowl, combine marinade ingredients.

3. Pour marinade over chicken breasts; turning to coat both sides.

4. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

5. Drain chicken; discard marinade.

6. Lightly greased grill grid for cooking.

7. Preheat grill to medium heat.

8. Grill chicken breasts, uncovered, 5 to 6 inches over heat for 6 to 8 minutes on each side until cooked through.

9. Serving suggestion: garnish with lemon wedges.

** GRILLING TIP **

Helpful Hints: "Rotissing"

1. When using the rotis, the hood must be closed except when basting.

2. IMPORTANT: Always light rotis burner with the hood in the full open position.

3. It is important to evenly balance the meat on the spit rod. This can be difficult especially with a turkey. Proper balancing will lead to more even cooking and prolong the life of the rotis motor.

4. Pliers may be used to tighten thumb screws on meat forks when larger cuts of meat are being rotissed.

5. Use twine to secure the meat on the spit rod, especially fowl or other cuts of meat that require tying.

6. Baked potatoes, corn and other vegetables may be placed on top of the grill grid during the rotissing period. Also, while grilling on a Rotis model unit, you can use the the cooking shelf to keep food warm during the cooking period.

7. The rotis motor must be stored indoors when not in use. Do not leave it mounted on the grill.

NOTE: NEVER, NEVER LET YOUR CHILDREN COOK OR GRILL UNSUPERVISED!
