** 3 RECIPES FOR YOU **
Oriental Grilled London Broil Steak
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 1 Hour
Cook Time: 6 to 8 Minutes
Ready in: 16 to 18 Minutes (excluding marinating time)
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
2 lbs. London Broil steaks about 3/4 inch thick
Marinade:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all marinade ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk
together. Place the London Broil steaks and the marinade in resealable
plastic bag; turn steaks to coat. Close bag securely and marinate
in refrigerator 1 hour.
2. Preheat grill to medium heat.
3. Remove steaks from marinade (discard marinade) and place the
steaks on the preheated grill grid.
4. Grill, uncovered, 6 to 8 minutes for medium rare to medium
doneness, turning occasionally.
5. Remove streaks from grill and carve steaks across the grain
into thin slices to serve.

El Paso Pork Tenderloin
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: about 15 to 20 Minutes
Ready in: about 2 Hours and 25 Minutes WITH refrigeration time
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloins
5 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon thyme
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon olive
Directions:
1. In large mixing bowl, mix together the chili powder, Tabasco
sauce, oregano, rosemary, thyme, cumin, garlic and olive oil.
2. Rub the mixture over all surfaces of the pork tenderloin.
Cover the mixing bowl and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
3. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
4. Remove the pork tenderloin and place on the preheated grill
grid and grill, turning occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes, until
thermometer inserted reads 155 to 160 degrees F. Pork is done
when there is still a hint of pink in the center.
5. Remove from grill and slice to serve.

Skillet Chicken Tenderloins With Mozzarella Cheese
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: about 13 to 18 Minutes
Ready In: about 23 Minutes
Makes about 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. chicken tenderloins
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
Salt to taste
ground pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. In large, non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium
heat.
2. Add the chicken tenderloins and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per
side, until browned; then add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, rosemary
and thyme; reduce heat to medium-low.
3. Cover and simmer 10 to 14 minutes, or until chicken is cooked
through.
4. Serve with the shredded cheese on top.

add water or cover.
3: Cook steaks according to timetable below, turning once.

1 inch 12 to 15 minutes
Top Loin (Strip), 3/4 inch 10 to 12 minutes
boneless 1 inch 12 to 15 minutes
Top Sirloin, 3/4 inch 10 to 13 minutes
boneless 1 inch 15 to 20 minutes
T Bone/Porterhouse 3/4 inch 11 to 13 minutes
1 inch 14 to 17 minutes

Villa Cornaro Winery . . . .
Family History*
Lodovico Tombacco first began making wine in Italy in 1919, and
his son, Sergio, launched the family business after taking the
reins in the 1940's. Today, brothers Giorgio, Valerio and Marco
continue to build on the traditions and successes of their father
and grandfather. As a result of the care and dedication put into
managing the estates, the family is expanding distribution in
international markets.
The Tombacco family estates are located in a beautiful area
of eastern Veneto, Italy known for producing superior grapes.
The secret to the quality of the wines lies in the superb combination
of the stony soils and climate. Add to this the expert winemaking
knowledge, enthusiasm and a respect for tradition, and it becomes
evident why the Tombaccos have had such success crafting wines
from grapes grown in the Grave di Pappadopoli.
Villa Cornaro is one of the most famous and graceful villas
ever designed by Andrea Palladio, a world-renowned architect
from Vicenza. The building was commissioned in 1552 by Giorgio
Cornaro, a Venetian nobleman who envisioned a home with a style
that typified Venetian architecture.
Palladio's genius is evident in his ability to have given
the building a monumental appearance through the use of deep
balconies and majestic porticoes that seem to elongate the villa's
short wings. The striking columns provide the villa with a peaceful
yet prominent stance, leading Villa Cornaro to become one of
the models most imitated by Palladio's American disciples.
The Tombacco family takes great care to produce wines with
a similar elegance and craftsmanship. They hope you enjoy Villa

Pinot Grigio Limited Selection
This noble wine is made from a careful selection of the best
Pinot Grigio grapes in the Grave del Piave area. The distinctive
gravelly consistency of the soil and extraordinary talents of
our winemakers contribute to this wine's delicate sensations
of exotic fruit on the nose. The flavors are full and balanced,
the elegant finish lingers.
Cabernet Sauvignon Limited Selection
Crafted from a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot,
this wine has undergone a meticulous winemaking process and appropriate
aging, resulting in an elegantly balanced Cabernet. The delightful
fruity bouquet includes red fruits and spice with a long, velvety
finish.
Chardonnay Limited Selection
This golden-yellow wine offers green apples, yeasty bread, citrus
and acacia honey on the nose. Made from a hand-picked selection
of the finest Chardonnay grapes in the Piave River region, the
wine offers a rich bouquet, good acidity and a long, flavorful
finish.
Merlot DOC Limited Selection
This wine is made from carefully selected grapes from the Piave
DOC area and is aged for a year in small oak barrels, contributing
to a smoky character which smoothes the tannins. Deep ruby in
color, the wine offers great depth, generous berry and spice
flavors and a lengthy finish.
