** 3 RECIPES FOR YOU **
Grilled Marinated Top Round Steak
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 16 to 18 Minutes
Ready In: about 23 Minutes EXCLUDING marinating time.
Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. top round steak cut about 1 inch thick
Steak Marinade:
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mix together the Italian dressing, lime
juice, lemon juice, thyme, rosemary and honey.
2. Place the top round steak and 1/3 of a cup of the steak
marinade in a resealable plastic bag; turn to coat. Close the
bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours or up to 24
hours, turning occasionally. Refrigerate remaining marinade.
3. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
4. Remove the marinated top round steak from the plastic bag;
discard the used marinade; and place the steaks on the grill.
5. Cook uncovered, 16 to 18 minutes for medium rare to medium
doneness, turning occasionally. Brush the steak with the remaining
(unused), refrigerated marinade occasionally; do not brush during
last 5 minutes.
6. To serve, carve the top round steak across the grain into
thin slices.

Grilled El Grande Pork Tenderloin
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 15 to 20 Minutes
Ready In: about 25 Minutes EXCLUDING refrigerating time.
Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. boneless pork tenderloin
Rub Mixture:
5 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 crushed cloves garlic
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mix together well the chili powder, oregano,
cumin, garlic, black pepper and olive oil.
2. Rub the mixture over all surfaces of tenderloin. Cover
and refrigerate at least 2 hours or as long as overnight.
3. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
4. Grill the pork tenderloins, turning occasionally, for 15
to 20 minutes, until thermometer inserted reads 155 to 160 degrees
F. Slice to serve.

Grilled Orange-Ginger Boneless Chicken Thighs
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Ready in: 25 Minutes
Makes 3 to 4 servings
Ingredients:
2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs
Orange-Ginger Basting Mixture:
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
Directions:
1. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
2. In a small mixing bowl, blend together the orange marmalade,
ginger, soy sauce, thyme, basil and rosemary. Set aside.
3. Place the chicken thighs on the grill grids and cook, turning
occasionally and basting with marmalade-ginger mixture, 20 minutes
or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh
registers 180°F. Note: Do not baste during last 5 minutes
of grilling.

** BEEF GRILLING TIPS **
Here are a few beef grilling tips that can help make your
next cook-out or backyard barbeque a huge success!
- Grilling beef at medium to medium-low temperatures ensures
even cooking. If the temperature is too high, beef can char and
become overcooked on the outside before the interior reaches
the desired doneness. Charring beef is not recommended.
- Trim excess fat from meats to avoid flare-ups while grilling.
- Use long-handled tongs for turning steaks; spatulas for
beef burgers. A fork will pierce the beef causing loss of flavorful
juices.
- For best results, use an instant-read thermometer to determine
doneness. For steaks and burgers, insert the thermometer horizontally
into the side (not the top) to check the internal temperature.
- Cook beef burgers to at least 160°F (medium doneness).
- Cook steaks to at least 145°F (medium rare doneness).
NOTE: NEVER, NEVER LET YOUR CHILDREN COOK OR GRILL UNSUPERVISED!
