SPICY CLUB SIRLOIN STEAKS

4 Club Sirloin Steak
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
2 tsp. sweet paprika
2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. ground white pepper
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1. In small bowl, combine
seasoning ingredients; press evenly onto both sides of steaks.
2. Preheat grill to medium heat.
3. Place steak on grill grid
and grill uncovered for about 14 to 16 minutes for medium-rare
(145°F internal temperature), turning once.
4. Remove steaks from grill and
place on a cutting board and let stand for 10 minutes.
